Once you have decided that Online Learning is for you, please review the Student Handbook (also located in the main menu) for information on our College policies.

Next, you need to enrol in a course. Please complete an enrolment form and return to us by:-

Course costs and information are available by clicking on the Information Icon  beside the course name. You can enrol in individual modules if you wish.

For those students that may have a language difficulty, to assist you, the college site instructions will appear in your chosen language, by clicking at the top right hand side of the main page.

After you have completed the enrolment form, you need to register. Simply click on the course that you wish to undertake. You will be taken to the 'log in' page. Create a New Account and you will then receive an email confirming that you wish to undertake your chosen course.

Respond to the email and you will be taken to the payment page. Simply follow the prompts. We accept payment via Visa and MasterCard. 

Please note that a payment may take up to 24 hours to be processed.

Once we have receieved your payment, you will be sent an email from us confirming your enrolment

If you prefer to pay by cheque, please make the cheque payable to The NSW Real Estate Training College and post to PO Box 601 Hornsby NSW 1630. We will enrol you upon receipt of the cleared funds. Direct deposit is also available. Please contact the College for banking details.

Once you are ready to begin, simply click on the course and then the subject within the course. Here you will find Activities and Assessment Tasks. All Activities and Assessment Tasks must be completed for each subject. You should follow the schedule of topics, as outlined to ensure that you gain the necessary knowledge to successfully move on to the next.

All you need do is type in your answers and then save them to a file. Once you are happy with the answers, submit them to us by hitting the Add submission button. They will be assessed and returned to you. Any comments and whether you were assessed as ‘competent’ or ‘not yet competent’, will be available in the Assignments section.

Upon successful completion of all the required modules for your chosen course, you will be issued with the appropriate recognition.
